PHOENIX -- Gasoline prices in Arizona have risen for the 14th straight week. Triple-A says the current statewide average for regular unleaded is $3.09 a gallon. That's a penny below last summer's highest price, according to AAA, and only four cents less that Arizona's all-time high of $3.13.
